 Will you go ahead if its raining?
We do a weather check 1 day and then 1 hour before the event.  Only if its really pouring down with rain or even snowing and too dangerous to walk then we will postpone the session.  Providing you have registered your details you will receive an email and a text alert before your session.

Do you run sessions in the winter?
Yes we run sessions in winter.  What could be better than wrapping up and walking on a cold and frosty day?!

Can we bring our dog?
Well behaved dogs on a lead are allowed.  Please notify us before hand if you are bringing your dog.

Can we bring our children?
The focus should be on you without distractions.  However we will consider special family sessions in the future.

What should I wear?
Prepare for all weather, suncream, sensible shoes (walking boots or wellies are best) and always bring a rain coat.

Lunch sessions will be more suited to office workers and therefore drier routes will be selected. 

What happens if I'm running late?
Just give us a call and we will wait for 5 minutes.
