Titsey Estate Netwalk

Meeting at:
Please use the directions on the Titsey website here.
Enter through the gate next to Pitchfont Lodge shown in the picture on the right and continue up the drive following the signs to the main car park.

The car park is located on Google maps here.

  1. Travelling along the A25 between Oxted and Westerham, turn into Limpsfield High Street.
  2. At the bottom of the High Street where the main road turns sharply to the right, take the left hand turn into Bluehouse Lane (look for the small, brown historic house sign).
  3. Then after about 250 yards take the first right into Water Lane.
  4. Pass under the M25 and turn right at Pitchfont Lodge
  5. Enter past Pitchfont Lodge and go past the small car parking heading towards the main house.  Bear left to the main car park which is just by past the tea rooms.

Route:
The 2 mile walk starts off  with a  steep incline which takes us into the woods where breaks in the trees reveal amazing views across to Limpsfield and Oxted. We will be following the yellow arrows on the map.

The route and elevation can be found on Map My Walk.  The start point on Map My Walk should be ignored but the route is the same.

Important

The walk has been risk assessed and you will be asked to sign a disclaimer before participating. Walking is one of the safest and healthiest activities, however the ground is rough in places, there are exposed tree roots and overhanging branches along the path.  The route is a designated public walking path and is well maintained by the Titsey Estate. Oxted Networking and their guides cannot accept responsibility for any circumstances affecting the Health and Safety of the participants.  We will have a basic first aid kit with us just in case of injury.

This was our second netwalk on 11th May at 12.30pm
